Blood Center inaugurated by CM at Teliamura

Blood Center inaugurated by CM Dr.Manik Saha at Teliamura Sub-Divisional Hospital, Khowai District. CM Also visited different departments of the hospital. Talking to the doctors and officials on duty, he was informed about what else can be done for the infrastructural development of the hospital. 1 lakh 70 thousand people of this area will benefit from the inauguration of this blood center with a capacity of 50 units of blood storage at a cost of 26 lakh rupees. MLA Kalyani Roy, MLA Atul Debbarma were also present in this programme. 

'I think that the blood center which was inaugurated today at Teliamura sub-district hospital will play a major role in conveying the message of unity among the people of that area. This hospital has all the basic infrastructure, according to local residents, the government is trying to start an operation theater in this hospital very soon. It is my firm belief that the blood center of the hospital will play an important role in serving the patients who are in need of blood in the coming days, in the spirit of the people of the area and the doctors and health workers of the hospital'. CM Dr. Manik Saha when he expressed his opinion in a function at Teliamura Town Hall regarding this inauguration programme. Dr. Saha also added that, the 14th Blood Center of the State was inaugurated at the Telliamura Sub-Divisional Hospital in Khowai district today.
